Operation: Art Mural Day
at the Royal Brisbane & Women’s Hospital
One of my proudest achievements to date took place at the Royal Brisbane & Women’s Hospital’s You Can Centre. Together with 11 talented muralists, we worked in partnership with young adults affected by cancer to transform a 12-metre wall into a vibrant, collaborative artwork.
The day was about more than painting - it was about connection, creativity, and the power of shared expression. Each young person contributed their own ideas, stories, and hands to the wall, leaving behind a piece of themselves in the space where they continue their treatment and recovery.
This project is a testament to what can happen when art, community, and lived experience come together. I am deeply grateful to every artist, patient, and supporter who made this vision possible.
Blue Spring Water
Thanks to Blue Spring Water I have launched my own Taneal Teresa Art infinitely recyclable aluminum bottle (also dishwasher safe 🤭)
Over 370,000,000 single use plastic water bottles end up in our landfills and waterways each year, our goal is to help combat that by abolishing all single use plastic water bottles in retailers/local businesses.
To get involved we would love your help by spreading the word to any local businesses/retailers, or even better get in touch if you are one!
